These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Inkie Content Connector app (the “App”) available through the Wix App Market. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Inkie Content Connector allows users with an active Inkie account to automatically publish blog content to their Wix website. The App facilitates scheduled publishing of approved blog posts only and does not currently generate or modify website content independently.

2. Account Requirements

To use this App, you must:

• Have an active subscription to the Inkie platform

• Have a compatible Wix website

• Provide the necessary permissions for the App to access and publish to your site

3. Content Ownership

All content published via the App remains the property and responsibility of the user. Inkie does not claim ownership of your blog content or website. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

4. Data Handling & Privacy

This App accesses only the data necessary to perform its intended function (publishing content to your Wix blog). No personal data is stored within the App itself. For more details on how Inkie handles data, please refer to our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Limitations & Availability

The App is provided “as is” and may be subject to interruptions or modifications. While we aim to provide stable service, Inkie is not liable for any content publishing failures or delays caused by platform outages, third-party changes, or user misconfiguration.
