She’s passionate about making business accessible, cutting through the noise, and giving people the tools they need to create something that truly works for them. A natural problem-solver, she’s always thinking of ways to improve and innovate—whether in business or everyday life. When she’s not working on Inkie, she’s taking on new challenges (like her recent foray into stand-up comedy with Simon), hosting family events, or throwing herself into a DIY project.

Simon is the tech mastermind behind Inkie, ensuring that the platform runs smoothly and delivers genuinely helpful AI-driven tools. With a background in software architecture and development, he’s spent his career creating tech solutions that simplify complex processes. Logical and steady, he keeps Inkie grounded in what’s possible while always looking for ways to make the technology even more powerful. Outside of work, you’ll find him DJing, whipping up something incredible in the kitchen, mountain biking, or escaping in his beloved camper van.

Alice brings balance and strategy to Inkie, ensuring the business side of things runs as smoothly as the tech. She’s the perfect bridge between Sophie’s creativity and Simon’s logical approach, keeping everything aligned with Inkie’s long-term vision. With a strong background in business development, she helps steer Inkie’s growth while ensuring it stays true to its mission. Alice also runs Looking Glass Solutions, offering commercial insight and strategic guidance to businesses looking for expert support.
